Risk & Disclaimer
1. Not investment advice
We are not licensed investment advisers, and the bylines on this site are all editorial-team pen names (see About). Nothing here — no opinion, example, or tool result — should be read as advice tailored to your situation. Base investment decisions on your own finances, and consult a licensed professional where needed.
2. Tokenized stock risk disclosure
Tokenized stocks are a fairly new on-chain financial product. The risks include, but are not limited to:
- Price volatility: driven both by the underlying stock and by crypto-market sentiment, prices can swing fast and hard, and you could lose part or all of your capital.
- The token is not the real share: most tokenized stocks don't make you a shareholder in the company, usually carry no voting rights, and treat dividends according to the issue terms; your relationship with the issuer is contractual, not one of ownership.
- Issuer / counterparty risk: if the issuer or custodian goes bankrupt, defaults, or is halted by regulators, you may not be able to redeem as expected, and in the worst case you're only an unsecured creditor.
- Liquidity and slippage: liquidity is often thinner outside US market hours, the price can drift from the underlying, and large orders see noticeable slippage.
- Regulatory risk: the rules are still shifting (such as the US SEC's early-2026 statement on the tokenized-securities framework), which can affect availability or even lead to a delisting.
- Tech and wallet risk: a lost or stolen private key/seed phrase, approving a malicious contract by mistake, or sending to the wrong address can all cause irreversible losses.
We don't and can't promise any return. Any claim of "guaranteed profit," "principal protected," or "low risk, high return" is simply false — treat it with suspicion.
3. Data and accuracy
We do our best to keep information accurate and to note the date we checked it, but markets, fees, rules, and products can change at any time. For fees, limits, mechanics, tradable tickers, and the like, what the exchange's, issuer's, and regulator's official pages currently show always takes precedence. Tool results are based on the values you enter and simplified models; they're for reference only and don't represent an actual fill. When we find a mistake, we fix it and record it in the corrections log.
4. Eligibility and regional limits
Products like tokenized stocks are usually open only to compliant non-US users and are subject to the laws where you live. Before taking part, confirm you're eligible, that your location allows it, and that you meet local rules and tax obligations. Do not try to get around a platform's regional or identity restrictions by any means. You can use the eligibility self-check for a first pass (that tool is not legal advice either).
5. Promotion-link disclosure
This site contains affiliate promotion links, mainly Binance sign-up and wallet invite links, marked with the sponsored tag. If you sign up through them the site may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you; signing up with our invite code usually earns a fee discount, and the actual rate is whatever Binance's page shows and may change with policy. Links to official documentation, regulators, block explorers, and the like are ordinary external references with no promotional purpose.
6. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites (exchanges, issuers, explorers, media, and so on). Their content, policies, and security are their own responsibility, not ours, and a reference is not an endorsement. Use your own judgment before clicking.
