Disclosure: Invite Code, Promotion Link and Commission
So you're clear on how we operate, this page lays out the site's promotion links and commission. It's a separate matter from the risk and disclaimer (which covers investment risk) and the privacy policy (which covers data) — three different things, kept apart so they don't blur together.
Promotion-link disclosure
The English pages carry the Binance invite code BN8812 and one promotion link. The code is printed as plain text in the navigation bar and on the home page, so you can read it and type it in at the exchange yourself. The one coded sign-up link on the English side is in the body of the Binance wallet walkthrough, at the step about opening an account, and it is tagged rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer" with a note beside it saying what it is. We deliberately keep it to that one place: no coded link in the navigation, the footer, a list page, or a call-to-action box. The Chinese section is set up the same way, with its own single coded link inside an article about trading costs.
Where a reader registers through the code or that link and meets the exchange's own conditions, Binance pays us a commission. It comes out of the exchange's own promotion budget, and it is never added to what you pay.
What this means for you
- It costs you nothing extra. Signing up with the invite code doesn't make your fees higher; it usually earns a fee discount instead. The actual rate, and whether the offer is still running, is whatever Binance's own page shows at the time — that is the exchange's call, not ours.
- The commission comes from the exchange, not from you. It is paid out of Binance's own promotion budget and is never added to your costs under any heading.
- Using the code is optional. You can go straight to the exchange and register without it; every article and tool on this site stays fully available either way.
Where promotion ends and content begins
We try to keep "promotion" and "objective information" apart:
- Promotion links to exchanges all carry the
rel="sponsored"tag, telling search engines they're commercial links. - Reference links to official documentation, regulators, block explorers, and the like are non-promotional — they're there so you can verify the information.
- The content is for teaching; facts follow official disclosures and note the date we checked. We won't overstate the upside or hide the risks to push a sign-up — if anything, this site spends a lot of space on the risks.
We are not an exchange
TOKENWISE has no affiliation, agency, or employment relationship with Binance, BTech Holdings, or any issuer, and holds no authorisation or endorsement from them. We do not hold your funds, we never see your private keys or seed phrase, we do not place orders for anyone, and we do not give investment advice. Opening an account, depositing, and trading all happen on the exchange's own pages; if something goes wrong with your account or your money, the exchange's official support is the only channel that can help, and we carry no responsibility for it. What we can do is explain the rules and the risks plainly, and publish our mistakes on the corrections page when we get something wrong.
